Dude, with all the big feelings and emotions, for the ups and downs that come with being a teen, we needed a specialized Kit. This is a tool to practise mindful awareness of emotions and healthy coping skills. It includes carefully chosen products, access to guided mindfulness exercises, and other wellness strategies and resources. 

This MOOD Kit is an adaptation of The OG. It was developed for youth (ages 11-28) and is non-binary.
