
INTRODUCING OUR MOOD KITS
A MOOD Kit is a curated assortment of products and services that encourage one to acknowledge how they are feeling and take an active role in their mental wellness. They include helpful strategies for mental wellness, access to guided mindfulness exercises and other helpful tools to support mental health and well-being.
HOW IT CAME TO BE
The MOOD Kits were developed to connect us all as humans, because WE ALL HAVE MENTAL HEALTH. To connect to oneself, one’s inner being. Attend to one’s thoughts, feelings and emotions and take action in caring for the mind’s needs. To connect a parent to their teenager; open a conversation, validate where one is at and encourage healthy coping and mental wellness. To connect with a friend, a family member, a colleague, a neighbour; a gesture to say “I see you, I care and I am here.”

Hello! I'm Emily Millar, a Registered Psychotherapist and the originator behind MOOD Kits.
I am here to offer you or your loved one support in times of need, with a gentle and compassionate approach to mental health treatment. I am committed to practicing evidence-based principles in therapy as we work together toward your goals.
